How we earn on the free plan
We take a small fee only on bookings we send you. Nothing on walk-ins, nothing on phone bookings, nothing on repeat customers who come to you directly. If we didn't bring you the guest, we don't charge. For comparison, the international booking sites typically take 15–18% on accommodation and 25–30% on tours, and they own the guest relationship afterwards. We don't. The guest is yours.
- Charged only once the guest turns up. Cancellations and no-shows are reversed.
- A free allowance on every plan that pays fees, and never more than $1,000 BBD in a month on Free.
- Paid plans cut the fee by 30% or 60%, or remove it entirely on Max.
- A booking from an OTA or reseller keeps its own terms. Never two charges on one booking.
Prices are in BBD before VAT; USD is shown at the fixed 2:1 peg. Pay by card in USD through CrossMedia LLC (no VAT), or locally in BBD by bank transfer, BiMPay, cash through CrossMedia Inc. (Barbados VAT of 17.5% added). Annual plans are 10 × the monthly price. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time.
