One airport, easy arrival
Every flight lands at Grantley Adams International (BGI) in Christ Church, on the south coast. It's about 20 minutes to the south-coast hotels and 40 to the west coast.
When to book
December to April is the dry season and the busiest — fares and hotels are highest around Christmas and Easter. June to November is cheaper and quieter, with short heavy showers rather than washouts.
Flight times
Roughly 8–9 hours direct from London, 4½ from New York, 5 from Toronto and 4 from Miami. Barbados is on Atlantic Standard Time year-round and does not change clocks.
Arrivals and immigration
You'll need an onward or return ticket and an address for your first night. Filling in the online immigration form before you fly saves a queue at the desk.
