The Restaurant at Byde Mill — The Experience celebrates traditional Bajan flavours and the comfort of well-prepared local cuisine. Open Wednesday to Sunday, the restaurant is set within the grounds of a restored plantation great house in St. George, offering buffet-style breakfast and lunch featuring fish, chicken, lamb stew, and pumpkin fritters. Saturday features a special brunch, and Sunday offers a rotating lunch menu. Also available: Afternoon Tea with fascinators and fedoras, and a delightful Ice Cream Bar with tropical twists. Reservations are required for all services.

St. George is one of two landlocked parishes, a broad interior valley of cane fields and gullies. Central to everywhere without being near a beach.
